学園で行われる決闘で勝利し初の「騎士」となったのはアルマと言う美しい天使だった。
以降決闘で 「騎士」に選ばれる事は天使達にとって最上級の誉れとなり、 幼いアズリもその華やかな決闘の舞台に憧れる事に。
しかし、その舞台裏では絶えなく紡がれる事になる悲劇が･･･。
これは今より少し時を遡った、 登場人物達の昔話。
